Refund and cancellation policy

7-day no-questions refund

If you’re not happy, email contact@knatra.com within 7 days of your first payment for Thangam Plus (monthly, yearly or lifetime) and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked.

Later payments

Renewals and later purchases are refundable within 7 days if something went wrong — for example a duplicate payment or a charge you didn’t intend. Write to us and we’ll sort it out fairly.

Gift plans

A gift plan can be refunded to the buyer within 7 days of purchase, as long as the gift code hasn’t been redeemed.

Cancelling

Plans are prepaid and never renewed automatically, so there’s nothing to cancel — your plan simply ends at the end of the period you paid for. Your data is kept safe and you can export it at any time.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once we approve a refund, it usually reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Please write from the email address you use to sign in, and include the payment date.
